Hana Microfinance has reached its 11th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey. To commemorate this special occasion, celebrations were held with dedicated employees across the country, reflecting on past achievements and looking ahead to the future.
The celebrations began with joyful gatherings at the head office and branches, where employees shared cakes and commemorated the company’s success. During the event, CEO U Min Min Zaw expressed pride in the 11-year journey, stating:
“I would like to express my deepest gratitude to our shareholders, valued clients, partners, and regulators, whose trust, support, and collaboration have been instrumental to our journey. To our dedicated employees, your unwavering commitment and passion have been the cornerstone of our success. We have embraced change, leveraged technology, and remained committed to our mission. Together, we have emerged stronger and more resilient, ready to face the future with confidence. In closing, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude once again to each and every one of you. As part of the anniversary celebrations, Hana Microfinance extended support to the Myanmar-Korea Multicultural Families Association by contributing to educational initiatives. Additionally, donations of meals and blankets were made to hospitals, benefiting 1,111 individuals. Stationery was also provided to the children of employees aged between 5 and 8 years.
Long-serving employees were honored with special awards and recognitions presented by CXOs, acknowledging their loyalty and dedication. The day concluded with an exciting lucky draw, featuring a range of prizes for participants.
