On January 17, the first Townhall Meeting of 2025 was successfully conducted, with CEO U Min Min Zaw delivering the opening speech. This marks the 24th Townhall Meeting of Hana Microfinance, bringing together employees from across the organization. The event began with the introduction of new employees who joined Hana Microfinance in December 2024. In line with the new year, the CEO conveyed New Year greetings from Hana Financial Group CEO Mr. Young Joo Ham and Hana Capital CEO Mr. Kim Yong Suk to all employees at both head office and branch offices.

Following this, the HMF CEO introduced the company’s newly refined Vision, Mission, and Core Values for 2025, providing detailed explanations of each.

Several awards were presented to recognize outstanding performance in December. Best Performing Branches were Nyaungdon, Lawksawk, and Hmawbi, while Monyin, Paung, and Yamethin branches achieved the highest PAR reduction. The Top Collection award was presented to Monyin, Myingyan, and Myitkyina branches. Additionally, the Best Branches of the Year—Mawlamyinegyun, Sarbutaung, and Lewe were honored. The CEO personally congratulated the Branch Managers (BMs), Assistant Branch Managers (ABMs), and branch staff for their dedication and achievements.

The event also recognized the FO/IFO of the Year winners, along with FOs and IFOs who excelled in write-off collection in December 2024. As part of the company’s CSR initiatives, the CEO acknowledged the staff-wide blood donation drive, highlighting it as a meaningful activity.

The Townhall concluded with an engaging Recap Quiz, where employees from head office and branches, both in-person and online, actively participated. C-level executives led the collective recitation of Hana Microfinance’s motto, marking a successful start to 2025.
