Hana Microfinance Limited is committed to Staff Development and has been organizing training programs this year that are tailored to meet the needs of our employees.

📌 This year, we also conducted the Credit Advisor Onboarding Training (Batch-1), collaboratively led by the Risk Management and L&D Departments. A total of 11 FOs–IFOs participated in the program, aimed at enhancing their skills and improving overall performance.
