Min Min Zaw highlighted the key attributes of professionalism, emphasizing discipline, mindset, and conduct through his memorable framework, “3C2I3A.”
He provided actionable insights on how these qualities contribute to a professional work environment. Thet Htar Oo further elaborated on the attitudes and behaviors essential for nurturing professionalism, offering practical advice drawn from her own professional journey. The panelists explored how professionalism not only influences the workplace but also shapes personal growth. The discussion also addressed challenges professionals face in maintaining high standards and provided strategies for overcoming them. A thought-provoking topic was whether professionalism should always take precedence in completing tasks and under what circumstances it might be challenged.
In response, Min Min Zaw emphasized the importance of striving for a professional mindset, even when achieving 100% professionalism may be difficult. The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where attendees posed insightful questions to the panelists. Their responses enriched the audience’s understanding of professionalism and provided practical takeaways for implementation in their own careers.
