Marketing and Communication Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

Assists to Head of Communication with the internal/external communications activities of the company.
N
Involves in developing and implementing of an effective communication strategy based on the target audiences.
N
Creates contents and manage communication campaigns to promote the company brand, activities, or product.
N
Ensures all communication and marketing materials are aligned with brand standards.
N
Checks company’s social media channels regularly and website to ensure business information are up to date.
N
Collects and analyzes the users’ data from the respective communication channels and prepare reports for management for decision making.
N
Plan and implement the quality assurance and improvement plan for professional competency.
N
Seeks opportunities to enhance brand reputation.
N
Manages conflict as it arises and escalates to management.
N
Executes any other ad-hoc duties required by team (or) assigned by management.

Requirement

N
Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are plus.
N
OR Must have LCCI Level 2 certificate.
N
At least one year of internal/external audit, accounting experience OR minimum 1 year experience in Microfinance Industry.
N
Understanding of communication, public relations, and marketing best practices.
N
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
N
