On November 27th, the L&D Department successfully hosted the Learning Club event, “Words to Share,” featuring panelists Mr. Chang Won Suk (Deputy Managing Director & Chief Strategy Officer) and Mr. Yoo Byungseo (Chief Financial Officer), who discussed “Leadership Mindset & Coping With Change.” The event was moderated by Mr. Kwon Junho and Daw Lae Lae Aung. Both the CEO, management team, and employees attended the event in person and online. 

During this event, Mr. Chang emphasized that in today’s fast-changing world, leaders must embrace continuous learning and not fear change, as it presents opportunities. He encouraged employees to adapt and work together through challenges. 

The second panelist ,Mr. Yoo highlighted the importance of having a growth mindset, setting clear goals, and being persistent. He stressed that habits and reading are crucial for expanding knowledge and improving leadership. He also emphasized the need for effective communication to lead a team through change. 

At the end of the event, Mr. Chang and Mr. Yoo answered employee questions and successfully concluded the session.
