Hana Microfinance was established and commenced operations in August 2013.Hana Capital and Hana Bank, subsidiaries of Hana Financial Group, a leading South Korean bank holding company, are the largest shareholders of Hana Microfinance.

Hana Capital Co., Ltd is a majority shareholder of Hana Microfinance Limited and it is engaged in providing financial services.The company offers leasingservices for automotive, used car financing, loans,and installment payments,housing loans, and financial investments in medical equipment, IT equipment, and machinery. Hana Capital Co., Ltd is based in Seoul, South Korea. Thecompany was established in 1987 and operates as asubsidiary of Hana Financial Group Inc.
Hana Capital has established PT. Sinarmas Hana Finance (SHF) in Indonesia, assuming the role of the majority shareholder with a shareholding ratio of 55%.
