Code of Conduct
HMF’s Global Code of Conduct is an extensive document that covers a variety of topics including responsibilities of individual employees, respect in the workplace and responsibilities of the company to its shareholders.
We promote freedom of expression and open communication. But we expect all employees to follow HMF’s code of conduct. Employees should avoid offending, or participating in serious disputes and disrupting HMF’s workplace. We also expect employees to foster a well organized, respectful and collaborative environment.
All employees should respect their colleagues. We will not allow any kind of discriminatory behavior, harassment or victimization. Employees should conform with our equal opportunity policy in all aspects of their work, from recruitment and performance evaluation to interpersonal relations.
