Project Lead
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for initiating and implementing innovative digital and business transformation projects that improve company’s competitiveness, productivity, profitability and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Design and run user surveys, focus groups and ethnographic studies to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Assist in building a culture of innovation and data-based decision making in every company department.
  • Experiment with new concepts, fail fast, and pivot.
  • Develop, review, and track the internal projects with senior management.
  • Co-ordinate with all internal and external stakeholders engaged in project activities.
  • Be accountable for the smooth planning, organizing and implementation of the overall project from design inception to completion and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Define key KPIs to be tracked by immediate superior within projects and ensures proper close-out of all projects and prioritization for strategic projects.
  • Support to develop, apply and diffuse new technological knowledge and drive.
  • Evaluate existing products, processes, and business as a whole and develop the improved, transformed and innovative products, and processes.
  • Provide status reports to senior management regularly.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of successful experience in project management in any sector (financial industry experience is a plus).
  • Experience of digital services, digital project management, UI/UX design or app development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
  • Have proven record of effective vendor management.
  • Must have innovative mindset that challenges status quo for benefit of company, employees and society.
  • Able to build effective and long-standing partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to “deep dive” into the details while staying focused on the big picture and be able to conceptualize both problems and solutions.
  • Proactive, mature and independent, and able to think conceptually to achieve the intended effect.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in English and Myanmar.
  • Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player.
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity.
  • Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
