Duties & Responsibilities

• Creates and leads the process of integrating IT systems to meet business requirements.
• Conducts a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with management and development team to improve the architecture.
• Creating, maintaining and enhancing procedures, processes and designs of the system.
• Design and architecture of mobile/web applications and API.
• Provide the solutions of the technical issues.
• Provide leadership to the development team, monitor, facilitate the team to address the issues.
• Ensure delivers robust system solution to business.
• Identifying and handling the code standardization and the system quality.
• Identifying and handling the technical risks, issues and escalations.
• Own the projects end to end by ensuring goals are met.
• Manage the tasks, resource allocation, project timeline.
• Support the team with any necessary tasks as requested or required.
• Work as project manager for both architecture and technical.

Requirements

• Graduate in any degree.
• Fluency in English.
• Must have innovative mindset that challenges status quo for benefit of company, employees and society.
• Experience of digital services, digital project management, UI/UX design, web application, mobile application development highly desirable.
• Experience working in and leading Agile teams.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members for improved performance.
• Must have hands-on experience across all major areas of the software development process for both mobile application and web application.
• Must have the knowledge of AWS services.
• Prefer full-stack development experiences and proficient in programming languages such as PHP, React Native, Java, Swift, Flutter.
• Must have experiences in MySQL database, API development and API integration.
• Must be detail oriented and can work in fast paced environment.
• Prior experience and knowledge in Financial Market, Banking or Microfinance is preferable.
