Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage System Analysis Team which includes Quality Analysts, System Analysts, UI/UX Analyst.
• Prepare SOP, checklist, and guidelines for the team members according to respective role.
• Identify system requirements, develop processing procedures and system modifications to meet these specifications.
• Creating system guidelines, SOP, and manuals for the organization.
• Coordinate with other managers and users to identify systems problems; assess severity of the issues and prioritize responses as appropriate.
• Drafts informational materials and graphics to explain system flows and logic details to managers and users.
• Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
• Examine and evaluate current systems, liaise with users to track additional requirements and features.
• Document interfaces between new and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with Business team and developers to resolve issues and produce new features.
• Prepares specifications and documents for programmers.
• Validate changes by testing programs.
• Lead the QAs in performing distinct types of tests (unit, integration, UAT etc.
• ) and collaborates with programmers to resolve issues and errors.
• Support application teams with data migration/synchronization, database designs, loading, optimization, modifying and updating data.
• Ensure deadlines and budget requirements are met.
• Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required.
• Configure, monitor and maintain servers and databases.
• Setting up cybersecurity measures, handling of private data ethically, esp.
• financial ones.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or a relevant field.
• ​(other degree holders with relevant job experience is also acceptable).
• Familiarity with programming languages like PHP and Python.
• Agile project management skills (having Scrum Master experience is a plus).
• Proven work experience as a system analyst.
• Hands on experience with software development and documentation.
• Solid knowledge of business information systems.
• Knowledge in database design (ERD), theories, DBMS and queries (SQL).
• Knowledge of data modelling and data visualization tools.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Good project management skills with high attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain technical details.
• Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Myanmar).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong critical thinking ability.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with or able to quickly learn systems and software used by the organization.
