Area Risk Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Make Credit Risk assessment for all loans in all Hana branch offices give approval.
- Analyze financial data (cash flow) regarding loan requests for new, renewal and existing loans.
- Highlight all risks and make risk mitigation strategies recommendations including proposing of conditions and covenants.
- Report loan approval to Credit Committee with loan decision details.
- Consult Credit Advisors and Regional Risk Officers for necessary advice on correctness of credit assessment.
- Maintain a balance between the risk and business requirements while assessing the loan application.
- Monitoring daily collection checking and Delinquent Client Follow up Action.
- Track, report, follow up and help manage delinquencies in all Hana branch offices.
- Track, monitor, maintain and report the Hana loan portfolio quality Manage PAR (portfolio at risk) for each branch.
- Analyze all information related to risk and draw conclusions and propose appropriate countermeasures.
- Participate with all department meeting daily based and make suggestion with risk perspective.
- PAR prediction for monthly financial statement based on aging band.
- Daily solving the client’s complaints from all over the country via call center hot line and Facebook messenger and hotline email.
- Develop and execute Fraud prevention and investigation.
Requirements
- 4 years of proven risk management experience.
- Strong analytical problem solving and project management skill.
- Clear understanding of financial, operational, and compliance risks affecting Microfinance activities.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
- Excellent skill in spoken and written English.
- Excellent time management skills.
