Learning & Development Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with team members (developers, product owners, project managers) to test and deliver high quality defect-free software products.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, acceptance criteria.
  • Monitoring and tracking all issues, errors, bugs, track product defects and make sure to close the issues according to the service level agreement (SLA).
  • Documenting and reporting the product quality levels.
  • Perform web and mobile application testing, performance testing and load & stress testing.
  • Assurance of data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform data patching if required.
  • Developing and implementing the automation scripts for inspection.
  • Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels.
  • Work closely with the development team and business transformation team to improve existing products.
  • Work with cross-functional teams throughout the software developer life cycle.
  • Reporting issues to line manager in a proactive manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
  • Provide training to quality assurance team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in HR, Business, or Relevant Subjects is a must.
  • Master’s Degree (MBA) would be a plus.
  • Experience of working as L&D Manager, Training Manager, or other relevant positions in medium size organization.
  • Expert in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Individual Development Plan (IDP), and Succession Planning.
  • Expert in adult learning theories and practices is a must.
  • Expert in Performance Management (PM) would be a plus.
  • Expert with effective learning and development methods.
  • Experience in Internship Program, and Management Trainee Program development.
  • Experience in LMS and Digital Learning Platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with good ability to build relations with stakeholders.
  • Excellent skills in MS office – Excel, word, ppt.
  • Advanced level in English proficiency.
