Hana Microfinance collaborated with UNCDF and MMFA, has provided support to farmers across Myanmar. As part of this effort, booklets focusing on green bean seed production and pest prevention and control have been distributed to 800 clients in 17 townships. Branch managers from multiple Hana Microfinance branches have taken the lead in disseminating these resources, ensuring that valuable knowledge reaches farming communities throughout the country.
For farmers, access to agricultural knowledge is crucial for the successful cultivation of green beans. Through this distribution initiative, farmers receive comprehensive guidance on best practices, dos and don’ts, and strategies to enhance agricultural success. By equipping farmers with essential information, we aim to empower them to make informed decisions and achieve greater productivity in their agricultural endeavors.
