    • The HMF Client App is provided by Hana Microfinance Limited (HMF) for users to access microfinance-related information and services.
    • The App offers different features for clients with a valid Client ID and general users (non-clients).
  • Eligibility:
    • Both clients of HMF and non-clients can use the App.
    • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • Account Access:
    • Clients: Users with a valid Client ID can access features such as loan details (borrowed amount, loan balance) and saving balance.
    • Non-Clients: Users without a Client ID can access general features such as knowledge-sharing posts.
  • Permitted Use:
    • The App is intended for personal use only.
    • Unauthorized access, misuse, or modification of the App is strictly prohibited.
  • Privacy and Data Protection:
    • By using the App, users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • Personal data is used solely to provide and improve the App’s features and services.
  • No Fees:
    • HMF does not charge any fees for using the App.
  • Intellectual Property:
    • All content, features, and designs in the App are the property of HMF.
    • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App.
  • Limitation of Liability:
    • HMF is not responsible for issues caused by:
      • Unauthorized access to user accounts.
      • Technical errors or service interruptions.
    • Users are encouraged to report any App issues promptly.
  • Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    • HMF reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
    • Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of any changes.
  • Termination:
    • HMF may suspend or terminate access to the App for misuse or violations of these terms.
    • Users can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

    • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
