A Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for the quality of working closely with team members (developers, product owners, project managers) to test and deliver high quality defect-free software products, monitoring and tracking all issues, errors, bugs, track product defects and making sure to close the issues according to the service level agreement (SLA).
